Shenzhen is a city of sub-provincial administrative status in southern China's Guangdong province, situated immediately north of Hong Kong. Shenzhen, literally mean "deep drains" because the area used to be crisscrossed with rivers and streams, and there were deep drains in the paddy fields. It is described as the window of China's opening up policy and was recently judged the most liveable and third most beautiful city in China.

MERIDIAN VIEW CENTRE

A window of Shenzhen and Hong Kong, is located on the 69th floor of Shenzhen Diwang Commercial Centre, which towers up to 384 meters high and the highest viewing platform in Shenzhen offering a stunning 360-degree panoramic view across Shenzhen.
GREEN GREAT WALL MANGROVE

Futianb Mangrove Natural Protection Area is the first and only one country level urban natural protection area in China at present. This is China's largest area of mangrove, and owns unique ecological tourism resources integrating woods, birds, water, fishes and beaches as a whole.
MINERAL MUSEUM

Here you can appreciate some hand-crafts products and get more knowledge about geologic mineral. In the museum, you can see the World famous Terra-cotta warriors; these priceless relics have been loaned from the famous excavation site in Xian.

CHINA FOLK CULTURE VILLAGES

Ticket for "Folk Culture Villages" is also good for admission to "Splendid China". Splendid China is the world's largest and most elaborate miniature scenic park with small-scale replicas of China's well-known attractions. It highlights China's popular landmarks such as the Great Wall, Temple of Heaven and Yangtze River Gorges.

To visit the highlights of two theme parks in a short period of time, an optional train ride in the park (at your own expenses) can be arranged.

Chinese dinner will be served at a renowned local restaurant. After dinner, the evening highlight is to enjoy the "Dancing with Dragon & Phoenix" open-air show that is a harmonious blend of modern cutting-edge technology and wonderful performance enriched by the 5000 years of Chinese performing art in dance, acrobatics and opera.
DANCING WITH THE DRAGON AND THE PHOENIX SHOW

The Dragon and the Phoenix show consists of two parts: "Oriental Apparel" - A Poem of Romantic Stories, A Ceremony of National Splendor. It is a grand folk costume poetic spectacle. With express of romantic poetry and characteristics of distinctive folk art, it demonstrates colourful national costume and Chinese ancient royal dresses. "Unparalleled Hero" - Live Spectacle of Horseback Battle.

"Unparalleled Hero" speaks of how Genghis Khan established Yuen Dynasty. During his reign, his unparalleled military extended to mid-Asia and South Russia to expand his territory. Under the exciting background music, hundreds of professional actors will take you back to the early 12th century's battlefield.

Depart from Shenzhen to Hong Kong by First-class train at approximately 2100 hours and transfer back to your hotel.

Tour frees include air-conditioned sightseeing coach, escorted and guided services, ferry ticket to Shekou, First-class train ticket to Hong Kong, dinner, admission fee, night show ticket and China Visa.
