Shenzhen is an ideal day trip destination just across the border from Hong Kong. It is a general consensus that Shenzhen is Hong Kong's backyard, and shopping in the Lo Wu Shopping Mall is a favorite pastime for the Hong Kong people. The mall is filled with shops selling designer brand name products, beauty shops for massages and manicures, tailors and exquisite restaurants.

We will first visit the highest landmark of Shenzhen city - Meridian View Centre.
MERIDIAN VIEW CENTRE

A window of Shenzhen and Hong Kong, is located on the 69th floor of Shenzhen Diwang Commercial Centre, which towers up to 384 meters high and the highest viewing platform in Shenzhen offering a stunning 360-degree panoramic view across Shenzhen.

MINERAL MUSEUM

Here you can appreciate some hand-crafts products and get more knowledge about geologic mineral. In the museum, you can see the World famous Terra-cotta warriors; these priceless relics have been loaned from the famous excavation site in Xian. Itinerary may be changed subject to actual traffic condition.

LO WU SHOPPING

A visit to the Lo Wu Shopping Mall will give you opportunities not only to shop but also to bargain. You may enjoy choosing your favourites from a large variety of goods and bargaining with local shop (approx. 3 hours, dinner at guests own arrangement and expense). What you need is a shopping list. Remember to bring adequate cash and an extra pair of helping hands.

You will be guided to visit an arts and crafts souvenir store where one can appreciate hand-crafted ornaments from a vast variety of mineral stones.

Depart from Shenzhen to Hong Kong by first-class train at approximately 2100 hours and transfer back to your hotel.

Tour fees include air-conditioned sightseeing coach, escorted and guided services, ferry ticket to Shekou, First-class train ticket to Hong Kong and China Visa.
