A. For the USA passport holders:-

 

Either single or double entry China visa:-

- the original passport (valid for at least 6 months) with the Hong Kong Immigration Department arrival stamp;
- 1 recent passport photo;
- the duration of stay in China is not more than 30 days each entry.

( If apply for the business visa will require business card with USA company name/address/telephone numbers unless holding Hong Kong Identity card thence can use the Hong Kong business card )

 

6 Months multiple entry China visa:-

- the original passport (valid for at least 7 months) with the Hong Kong Immigration Department arrival stamp;
- have been to China before with either single or double entry China Visa;
- can apply for 6 months multiple entry China visa for visitors and/or Hong Kong Identity card holder;
- 1 recent passport photo;
- the duration of stay in China is not more than 30 days each entry.

( If apply for the business visa will require business card with USA company name/address/telephone numbers unless holding Hong Kong Identity card thence can use the Hong Kong business card )

 

1 Year multiple entry China visa:-

- the original passport valid for at least 13 months;
- holding Hong Kong Identity Card;
- 1 recent passport photo;
- have been to China before with 6 months multiple entry China visa before;
- provide business name card (with USA or Hong Kong company name/address/telephone numbers);
- the duration of stay in China is not more than 30 days each entry;
- Hong Kong visa (or work permit) must be valid for more than 13 months.

 

3 Year multiple entry China visa:-

- holding Hong Kong Permanent Identity card;
- 1 recent passport photo;
- have been to China before with 1 year multiple entry China visa;
- provide business name card (with USA or Hong Kong company name/address/Telephone numbers);
- the duration of stay in China is not more than 30 days each entry;
- passport must be valid for more than 37 months.
