Single entry with duration of stay in China not more than 30 days
Visa must be utilized within 5 days from the date of issue
Applicants must ENTER China through either LO WU port or HUANGGANG port
1) Personal affairs China Visa:-

| a) Information on the applicant (full name, gender, date of birth) | ||
| b) Information on the planned visit (purpose of visit, arrival and departure dates, place(s) to be visited, relations between the applicant and the inviting or individual, financial source for expenditures) with signature of the inviting individual | ||
| - Itinerary, ticket if any | ||
| - | Business visa :- | - Business License of the Company in China |
| - Invitation letter with following details:- | ||
| a) Information on the applicant (full name, gender, date of birth) | ||
| b) Information on the planned visit (purpose of visit, arrival and departure dates, place(s) to be visited, relations between the applicant and the inviting entity or individual, financial source for expenditures) | ||
| c) Information on the inviting entity or individual (name, contact telephone number, address, official stamp, signature of the legal representative or the inviting individual) | ||

| Submission: | |

| - | Submits before 0900 - 0930 hours, visa will be ready on/about 1400 hours or later |
| - | Submits before 1300 - 1330 hours, visa will be ready on/about 1800 hours or later |
